David Paul was one of the first to throw his hat into the ring as Sage Femme,
Inc. moved from Massachusetts and a business orientation to California and a
public benefit, nonprofit organization. He is a natural born teacher, a retired
Colonel in the USAF Reserve, lecturer and brother to Sage Femme's founder, Diana
Paul.
David also has 30 years of experience in new business development for
classified and earth sensing satellites. His broad range of technical and
managerial experience includes system engineering, communications systems,
meteorology, and chemical engineering as well as international business,
management, corporate governance and research methods. He is founder and past
chairman of the board of Milpitas Christian Schools and still serves on the
finance committee of the Presbytery of San Jose. He has been an invited lecturer
in international business at Fudan University in Shanghai, at Austin College in
Vancouver, BC, and at Sunlin College in Pohang, Korea.
He is on the faculty of San Francisco State University, California State
University East Bay and Northwestern Polytechnic University, a consultant with
the East Bay Small Business Development Center, past president of the Bay Area
Chapter of the International Council on System Engineering, and head of Cameron
Consulting International - an internet and high-technology consulting firm
emphasizing system engineering and strategic business management in the nuclear
and space system fields.
David holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University, MS in
Meteorology and Mathematics from the University of Utah, MS in Computer Science
from San Jose State University, ECI, USAF, in Communications Systems
Engineering, MBA in Management Sciences from California State University,
Hayward.
