Shelley Campbell
Director

Shelley is a mother and grandmother. She is a Storyteller, Doula, Childbirth Educator and Writer whose articles have appeared in Mothering Magazine and International Doula.

While working in the corporate world, Shelley held management positions in Carrows Restaurants, Inc. and Kinko's Graphics Inc. where she oversaw accounting and human resources. Since the early 1990's Shelley's work has centered on women and children. She was Assistant Director of KidsCentre in Seattle for 4 years, a large childcare facility which cares for 85 children ages 6 weeks to 4 years.

As a Doula, Shelley believes the mind-body connection is critical at birth. Respect for mother and child, an awareness of the natural intelligence of the body and the power of love to create a new way of birthing are her passions. She feels we have the capability to transform human life with a spiritual sensitivity to birth.
